• LEARN SOME BASIC JAPANESE IN MARTIAL ARTS STYLE
• WILL INCLUDE INSTRUCTION FROM OTHER MASTERS
• BRING SPARRING EQUIPMENT, WEAPONS, WATER BOTTLE AND TOWEL

Afterwards:
Social time at the Masters Brague’s. Bring a dish/food to pass. Don’t forget

Keystone Games July 30 , 2005


On Saturday July 30, 2005 the Keystone Games were held in York, Pennsylvania. Master George Bierman captured 3 Gold medals in weapons, kata and team kumite and a bronze in Sr. black belt kumite. He also was the recipient of the Kelly Cup and did the Torch run.Master Paula Schall won two gold medals in weapons and kata in the women’s black belt division. Master Jerry French took four gold medals in weapons, kata, kumite and team kumite all in the executive black belt division. Gary Stebbins captured a gold in kata and weapons and a silver in kumite in the black belt division. Ryan Brague took a silver in kata and a bronze in kumite in the black belt division. Joe Brague, Jr. won a silver in kumite and a bronze in team kumite in the brown belt division. He also won the most outstanding male athlete award. Bryant Brown won three gold medals in weapons, kata and kumite. He also won a bronze in team kumite in the Jr. brown belt division. William Lundy won three gold’s in weapons, kata and kumite and a bronze in team kumite in the men’s purple belt division. Cody Miller won gold medals in weapons and kata and also the Thomas Kopeski annual memorial award in the 9-year-old brown belt division.
WIlliamsport Dojo:

Masters Clair and Karen Black School - Dustin Bahl, New Albany, Novice 7 -9; Cierra Holland, New Albany, State Champion : Novice 7 -9 : Gold Medal in Sparring; Zoraya McKernan, New Albany, Intermediate 10-12: Silver Medal in Forms, Bronze Medal in sparring; Kira McGroarty, New Albany, Intermediate 10-12: Silver Medal in Sparring; Brittany Woodruff, Dushore, Junior Female Advanced: Silver Medal in Sparring.

This year Cierra Holland, New Albany of Blacks' School of Goshin Jutsu was presented with a plaque as the Outstanding Female Athlete for Karate at this year's Games, which she is holding in the photo.

From Master Lepley's Dojo - Travis Young took a silver in weapons and kata and a bronze in kumite in the jr. brown belt division. Jim George took a silver in kumite and a bronze in kata in the green belt division. Dave Krape won a gold in kata and a silver in kumite in the yellow belt division.

From Charles Litchkowski's School - Rachel Metzger won three gold medals in weapons, kata and kumite in the 15-year-old black belt division.
